We had a great time with Ian last week, and we are looking forward to next time when he will be speaking about Assisted Suicide (30th Nov)

FOODBANK CHRISTIAN HAMPERS

As in previous years the Foodbank is planning to provide Christmas Hampers to those in our community who have been referred to us as being in food poverty.

We have started to gather the items we need to fill the hampers and would be very grateful for any help you can give. If you can help please keep an eye out for the list of needed items on facebook.

First Larne Points for PRAYER

Thank God for our brothers and sisters in the worldwide church. Pray for the estimated 1 in 7 Christians who face persecution and discrimination; pray they will be watched over and preserved in Christ.
Pray for our schools, colleges and universities. Pray that the children, young people and adults in these centers will stand firm for God. May the genuine desire for Truth push all people closer to God.
Pray for the church, and her leaders. Pray for faith and integrity for those in places of leadership as they face new challenges almost every day.
