Janna also made LOTS of connections with other groups who are working on bridging the divides in the US and beyond. We are following up with them now for collaboration possibilities.
One connection was with Allsides.com.AllSides helps people build mutual understanding by connecting them to a range of dialogue services. We met with their CEO and Head of Partnerships. You are invited to their online dialogues the Week of August 10, 2026. The topic is "How are you pursuing your American Dream?" (Register)
The Empathy Center joins the Global Empathy in Healthcare Network. We are glad to join this non-partisan, international initiative dedicated to restoring empathy and human connection in healthcare systems worldwide. It brings together leaders, organizations, and educators from countries including the UK, US, Australia, Brazil, Nigeria, France, Scotland, and more. A lot is happening in the empathy and healthcare space. See the membership list.
Join us in building the Empathy Movement Training Curriculum. We are a group of volunteers who are developing a public domain, open-source resource and looking for collaborators to help design, develop and host the content.
