We’re kicking off this month with a packed lineup of events, including today's launch of the annual Curve Photo Contest submissions.

SUBMIT: Curve Photo Contest

The annual Curve Photo Contest is officially open for submissions!

Submit your work for a chance to be one of three winners included in a photography exhibit celebrating iconic '90s lesbian photographers from Curve magazine's pages, co-presented by The Curve Foundation and the San Francisco LGBT Center during Lesbian Visibility Week.

This year’s contest continues Curve's legacy of celebrating lesbian identity and experiences through photography, welcoming submissions that explore and document the richness of queer culture, community, and everyday moments. Whether through intimate portraits, powerful scenes, or candid snapshots, we’re looking for images that show representation, self-expression, and creativity.

Submissions close on February 28, 2025.

NOMINATE: The Curve Power List 2025

Submit your nomination to The Curve Power List 2025! Winners will be announced during Lesbian Visibility Week, April 21-27, 2025. This list recognizes outstanding LGBTQ+ women and nonbinary people making an impact in our community. Nominate here before February 28.

EVENT: Curve's Hidden Treasures

Join us as we explore the unseen history of Curve magazine and other lesbian publications through the collections of the Lesbian Herstory Archives, Wanderground Lesbian Archive/Library, and Curve’s digital archive.

Discover rare materials of lesbian history and connect with LGBTQ+ history enthusiasts. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from speakers who will bring these important documents and stories to life!

EVENT: Valentine's Day Singles Mixer
