Community in Action: Thank You, Convergint!
On June 5, Affinity Ranch welcomed 100 volunteers from Convergint for a day of service that left a lasting impact on our ranch.
From the moment they arrived, the Convergint team brought an incredible spirit of generosity, teamwork, and determination. Throughout the day, volunteers tackled projects across the property, accomplishing work that would have taken our staff and volunteers months to complete.
Their efforts included refurbishing horse shelters, removing hazardous yucca plants from pastures, cutting down dead trees, demolishing an old alpaca shelter, removing outdated fencing, cleaning and refreshing garden areas, mowing and weed-whacking, removing thistle throughout the property, raking arenas, and cleaning pastures. In addition to donating their time, Convergint also funded project materials and provided a roll-off dumpster to help remove debris and demolition materials.
The improvements made that day have enhanced the safety, functionality, and appearance of our ranch, benefiting our horses, animals, participants, families, volunteers, and staff.
Most importantly, the Convergint team reminded us of the power of community. We were inspired not only by everything they accomplished, but by the enthusiasm, kindness, and hard work they brought to every task.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Convergint and all 100 volunteers for investing in Affinity Ranch and helping us continue creating Unbridled Possibilities for those we serve.
