As usual, our first priority is to thank the appreciative people who have donated to the Historic Vehicles website. HV does have some advertising support, but we are indebted also to each donor, for helping keep the website content growing every month.

In our News section we reported on a retro exhibit at the recent AAA Expo in Melbourne; featured some great sidecar racing pics from The Atlantic and noted a cancer research resto-mod truck contest.

In Car Features  we wrote about cars that featured dual chassis and traced the history of light-duty 4WD machines.

To Car Brands we added Bianchi and Autobianchi.

In Car Restorations we documented Audi's recreation of the Lucca record-breaker and a local Lotus Excel resto.

In Motorcycle Brands we included the one-off Whiting (no known relationship to HV's Allan Whiting).

To Truck Brands we added the Jeffery Quad and FWD.

We've been posting some more of our very high-quality,  Historic Vehicles caps to Australian website donors. We're keeping these caps exclusive by giving them only to people who donate A$60 or more to the Historic Vehicles website. (Overseas donors can receive caps, but need to pay postage.)

While northern hemisphere historic vehicle owners are getting ready to trot out their winter workshop results the nights are closing in Down Under. Some chilly nights In the workshop are ahead of us!
