Dear <<First Name>>,
Our annual Pygmy Possum Working Bee will run from
Sunday 19 to Sunday 26 April 2026.
We now welcome volunteers to register for all or part of this period.
The Working Bee offers a chance to contribute to our lodge while connecting with fellow members. Space is limited to approximately 20 volunteers at any time. Volunteers should commit to
at least three consecutive days. Accommodation is free, but please bring your own food and bedding.
To register:
1. Visit
https://eloueraskiclub.asn.au/bookings/ by Monday 1 March.
2. Click the booking button and enter your member ID, email address, and booking ID 4105.
3. Adjust to your available dates and note any special skills in the Notes section
Activities will include deep cleaning of all areas, maintenance tasks, restocking the food store, and various repairs. Volunteers receive booking priority for the following winter season (over non-volunteer members).
As a token of appreciation, volunteers will receive 30 credit points per full day worked (valued at $60 of accommodation) and two free nights' accommodation before or after the working bee, pending availability.
For questions, please contact John Rodger at 0419 211 071.
Kind regards,
John Rodger
