Hello again. How are you doing? How is the summer treating you? Are you blending work and play from anywhere in the world? Well, when you just need an internet connection, anything is possible, right? But in lieu of in person interactions, nailing digital communications is key.
Think about the last work email that you sent. Did its sentences end with full stops or exclamation marks, or did you forgo punctation altogether? Was it peppered with emoji – or just plain text? And was your response prompt, or did you have to apologise for the time it had taken to reply?
Now, consider your last Zoom call. Did you check your phone or email at least once during the meeting? And did you pause to be sure that the other speaker had finished? Or did you find yourself frequently interrupting their sentences, as you failed to take into account the slight delays in the connection?
Digital communication is how you communicate on video calls as well as through written communication – so what kind of cues are you really signalling on those Zoom meetings? We read a fascinating article from BBC Work Life this week on how we should remain conscious of two factors – trust and power – in all our digital interactions. Head to 'Diversions' for more insight!
Elsewhere in our weekly update, we're bringing it back to Ad Fraud – because it is the 3rd most profitable organized crime in the world, with advertisers being robbed of over $42 Billion a year by online scammers. With our highly specialized auditing process, we can help you reclaim those ad dollars back from publishers and then place your current ad spend on our transparent platforms. More on that below.
For some lighter reading, Conde Nast Traveler's retrospective look at what it was like to travel on Concorde in the 1970s proves that air travel back then was like an exclusive club – caviar, anyone?
And on that dreamscape note, our Outlook is a summer vibe in one. If you could be teleported anywhere right now, where would it be?

Stop! In The Name of Ad Fraud
|
|
Ad fraud is the 3rd most profitable organized crime in the world, with advertisers being robbed of over $42 Billion a year by online scammers. Advertising is corrupt and companies are tired of being taken advantage of.
This is where we are stepping in. We audit all of your ad spend, prove where the ad fraud that has taken place, reclaim those ad dollars back from publishers and then place your current ad spend on our transparent platforms - reducing your ad fraud down into the single digits.

This means you're spending the same amount with nearly 100% of your human target audience seeing your ads as opposed to losing over 50% of your money to bots and never being seen. Better ROI, engagement and full transparency. You're not only taking losses as we speak but your brand safety is at risk by unintentionally funding criminal organizations through your ad buying. Pick up the phone and call us to stop the bleeding, protect your brand and become more effective immediately. The numbers don't lie...

The world around us is constantly changing. And with that, comes the responsibility to tell the right stories and develop content which speaks to your target audience as well as the wider narrative. And if we didn't make the point before, we are in fact, a content factory! Brochures, marketing collateral, documentaries, the whole nine yards, we do it all.
If there's one type of content we are naturally adept at though, (being that many of us are digital natives) is social media. It literally makes our heart beat a little faster. We'll put your social media into sixth gear and help you grow your digital capabilities with a fully realized strategy and plan across all relevant platforms. And not to worry, we tackle and track daily posting, including full scheduling, programming and boosting services 30-days at a time - so no need to sleep with one eye open at night!

We know everyone says it's not all work, it's about play, too – and as much as we don't want to sound like a broken record, there is truth in the truism. Like we said earlier, we are all about ingesting the complex and the trivial in equal measure. In fact, we love nothing more than thinking deeply about the more 'playful' things in life. Read ' em and ponder away.
