May is here, which means summer is much closer than it feels. If your family is still figuring out the details, you're not alone — but now is the time to lock in those summer plans. Sessions are filling and we'd love for your camper to have an amazing summer at Bear Creek!

Senior High Trek* - spots are limited!

Sleeping under the stars, hearing the crickets chirp as you fall asleep, and smelling like campfire make for memories that will last a lifetime. We are so excited to empower young, curious minds and those who love adventure to explore and be together in this new way! Campers share that they love the overnight, and wish there was more of it - so there is no better way than to experience more overnights than Sr. High Trek! (*Only available Session 1)

Sibling Discounts: each additional camper from the same household will receive a $50 credit on summer camp registration.

Bring -A-Friend Discount: For each new-to-camp friend that signs up, you will get a $100 credit on your summer camp registration!

Camperships: For families that need it, there is a supplement to help make camp happen for your child.

Retreat Center Dedication

-July 24th-

This summer, we are honored to dedicate and name the Retreat Center in memory of Pastor Roy "PG" Gulliford, our founding Executive Director, as we mark 30 years since his retirement. Roy served BCC from its earliest days until 1996, laying the foundation for the community, values, and traditions that still define camp today. His legacy lives not in buildings, but in the generations of campers and staff whose lives were shaped by his vision, faith, and boundless love for this place. The entire BCC community is invited to join us in celebrating his life and lasting impact on Friday, July 24th — dinner at 6:00 PM followed by a service of dedication at 7:00 PM. Registration is free but required by July 12th. Gifts in honor of Roy to the Gulliford Site Endowment will also be gratefully accepted.
