We are currently in discussions for our Multifamily Fund to potentially join a nationwide real estate investment platform, which could significantly expand our capital reach beyond our existing markets and position us to capitalize on opportunities across the United States. 

While we plan to grow our investor network nationally, our investment strategy remains focused on select markets including Washington, Nebraska, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
