We are excited to share an important update about the growth trajectory of our company. We are currently in discussions for our Multifamily Fund to potentially join a nationwide real estate investment platform, which could significantly expand our capital reach beyond our existing markets and position us to capitalize on opportunities across the United States. 

While we plan to grow our investor network nationally, our investment strategy remains focused on select markets including Washington, Nebraska, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. This disciplined approach allows us to capitalize on opportunities within these regions while maintaining operational control and consistent execution.  
  
  The Great Migration: Understanding the Opportunity  
Migration trends across the U.S. are shifting rapidly. High-cost cities like Seattle are experiencing notable out-migration, as individuals and families who are seeking more affordable housing, improved lifestyle options, and greater flexibility through remote work. At the same time, other regions are seeing strong population inflows, creating new and underserved real estate markets.
  
These patterns are not unprecedented. Historically, large-scale movements—such as the Great Migration—reshaped cities, economies, and investment landscapes. Today, similar forces are at play, presenting a new generation of opportunities for strategic real estate investment.
     
Policy Update: Washington State “Millionaires Tax”  
Washington State has approved a new “millionaires tax,” which introduces a 9.9% tax on annual income above $1 million, expected to take effect in 2028. This represents a notable shift in the state’s tax structure and has drawn attention from both policymakers and investors.
