Throughout February the ground floor of High Bridge Works will be filled with the work of
Stuart Mel Wilson, a Gateshead-born artist celebrated for his thought-provoking large-scale drawings and installations.
The work delves into the absurdities of human perception, exploring the tension between meaning, interpretation and the natural world and crafting environments that offer a humorous yet profound reflection on the human experience.
In this exhibition, Wilson revisits some of his older works, reimagining and exploring how they work together in a location they were not designed for.
