Sunday 19th April

10:00am Morning Worship with Holy Communion

11:30am APCM meeting

The Church APCM (the Annual Meeting) this Sunday, 19 April. The meeting will start at 11.30am after the 10 o'clock service and a brief break for coffee. The meeting will provide lots of news about the Church over the past 12 months and about its finances, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities at the meeting to ask questions, make suggestions and offer points of view.

Events at St Peter & St Paul

Stay and Play

We will resume sessions on Monday 20th April after the Easter break. ALL pre-school aged children WELCOME (accompanied by a parent or carer). In June, Stay and Play will be taking part in the National Month of Prayer for toddler groups as in previous years, and our theme throughout the month will be The Good Shepherd. It would be amazing if someone would be willing to knit or crochet a sheep for us to send in along with many others to represent our lovely stay and play in Shoreham. Anyone that may be interested/willing to do this, get in contact: Shorehamchurchstayandplay@gmail.com

Choir Practice

Choir practice with Henry Desmond is on Friday 24 April at 11.30am and we would welcome you to join us to rehearsing the anthem for Sunday 26 April.

Morning Prayer

Everyone is welcome to join in with Morning Prayer, held in the Mildmay Chapel and gathering at 9am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays during term time.

If you would like to join us, it is advisable to download the 'Daily Prayer' App on your phone in advance, this will be useful as we will use this for our framework. This is a simple service with an opportunity to explore the day's Bible passages and offer up prayers for the day and its tasks. Do please join us if you are able, we look forward to seeing you.

Home Groups
Two Home Groups normally meet fortnightly to grow in faith and fellowship.

Electoral Roll

A list of our electoral roll is available to view on the church noticeboard. If you believe you should be on the list, and cannot see your name, please contact shorehamparish@gmail.com

Sevenoaks Loaves and Fishes Foodbank
The number of families needing the help of foodbanks continues to grow. Please consider whether you could add something for our local foodbank to your weekly shop. Boxes for donations are at the back of the church.

Holy Communion

As a church family we like people to feel included in our Holy Communion services. However if you are unable to attend church on those Sundays, or you know someone who would like to receive Home Communion because they are physically unable to attend church, then please contact shorehamparish@gmail.com and we will add you to our list for visits for Home Communion once a month.

Breakfast Church
Sunday 3rd May is our next breakfast church service at 9am.

We would still like to widen the number of people helping to shop and cook breakfast for Breakfast Church. If you enjoy coming, why not think about joining in to make it happen. Please see Jill Aisher, text 07989 278723 or email jill.aisher@gmail.com if you can help.
