A/V Nights 2: An immersive Art Showcase and FCG Fundraiser
Saturday May 2nd
8pm - Midnight
Location: Honey Dip and Dough EV
Three live electronic music acts take the stage at Honey Dip, each paired with audio-reactive visuals performed live by Toronto-based artist fongkikid. Other World Productions rounds out the experience with an incredible lighting rig.
Performing live:
Mothers Against Drum Machines (Live techno)
Turbo Tambourine (Modular electronic bleeps and bloops with beats)
Cailen and the Electric Bride (Composed and improvised segments of vocals, violin, drums, synthesizer, sampled sounds, and found objects)
Downstairs in DoughEV there is even more to explore:
A curated program of contemporary experimental films by Lianne Zannier screens between each performance. The animation screening will feature work by Alisi Telengut, Anna Firth, Annapurna Kumar, Caleb Wood, Lilli CarrΓ©, Phoebe Parsons, and Ted Wiggin.
In addition there will be an audiovisual art installation "Polyrhythmic Illumination" that runs all night. This involves a 16 light bars where each bar has a slightly different rhythm that creates a mesmerizing complex melody and visual effect. As featured at the City of Cambridge's Winterfest in December 2025.
The evening kicks off with an artist Q&A before the music begins.
A/V Nights 2 is a fundraiser for Forest City Gallery, supported by the London Arts Council and the Cambia Development Foundation.
