Special-Edition USBs Going Fast, New Clues

Hey check this out: Our Bible-reading program (which takes about 51 weeks to complete each year) has us scheduled to finish the Old Testament on December 23, 2025. You know what that means? We’ll be starting the New Testament on December 24.

And what is December 24? Christmas Eve! And what is included in our first day’s reading? The first two chapters of Matthew, which contain half of the scripture passages we use to tell the Christmas story (along with the first two chapters of Luke).

What timing! Reading those passages on that day gives new meaning to the term Christmas present, eh?

This year, ApX bassist Keith Haynie will be giving the Christmas Eve sermon to our congregation at Ellport Community Church. ApX guitarist Tom Milnes, who pastors the church and usually preaches, will be leading the worship team.

Keith and his wife, Krista, had their annual Christmas party last Saturday. Here’s a photo of them with my wife, Lisa, and me. Krista said she wanted to get a picture of all four of us, but I told her it looks like Lisa and I are just photo-bombing them.

Special-Edition USBs (With Songbook) Going Fast

We ship all U.S. packages via USPS Ground Advantage. To ensure U.S. delivery (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) by Christmas, the U.S. Postal Service recommends all packages be mailed by December 17. Consequently, we recommend you order by this coming Tuesday, December 16 … if supplies last that long!

The local authorities finally reached their breaking point and crucified Jesus yesterday. But there'll be no more sorrow tomorrow. After today, things will change. Though you may privately pray we find a way to achieve perfect racial equality and harmony, some people insist you jump into the public forum. Others say, Words are not enough; put your money where your mouth is. The key biblical thing to remember is we’re all descended from Adam and Eve. It’s a shame more people don’t recognize that.
