December is here already and the festive season has a habit of flying by. Enjoy the celebrations, the food and the slower moments but remember it’s all about balance. A little movement goes a long way at this time of year and being kind to yourself matters just as much as ticking everything off the list.
It honestly feels like this year has gone in a flash. I hope you’re feeling a bit stronger, a little taller and more balanced than you did back in January. And if you’re not, that’s absolutely ok. Progress doesn’t have to be big or loud, it’s the small steady steps that really count.
