Stretch & Sip is your invitation to slow down, move gently and enjoy a relaxed afternoon just for you.
We’ll begin with a Walkfti™ session to warm the body up, then a Pilates based stretch session designed to ease tight hips and backs, improve mobility and help your body properly unwind.
Slow, supported stretching paired with steady breathing is brilliant for settling the nervous system, something many of us don’t realise we need until we stop.
After movement, it’s time to sip and socialise with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic punch. No rushing, no pressure, just a chance to connect, relax and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.
