As we round up the end of our 'Digital Transformation' series on how to implement change to your organization, we slide into a new series on 'What is a Necessity?' Looking at it through a Covid lens, we mull over how the pandemic has reshaped priorities and made us look for more effective ways to take stock and grow in the name of better and more straightforward communications.
