MASKfortheMASSES is an initiative bringing together Thai creatives to create limited edition ‘Fascinator Masks’ to raise funds for community based projects in Thailand in response to COVID-19 crisis. Auctions are held bi-weekly, all galleries, art collectors and art aficionados are welcome to join forces in bidding for each of the masterpieces. The more funds raised, the more help we can give to those in need.

Bangkok Community Theatre is holding regular weekday evening online play readings at 7:30pm. Each week we choose a new script and share it with the participants in advance.

Then we get together and read the play aloud on zoom, regularly switching up the roles so that everyone gets a chance to read, if they wish. Some BCT friends don't want to read; they just like to listen. That's okay, too.

These play readings are open to anyone who wants to join! Just [email protected] to get the link. It's free and a great way to meet some other people who enjoy live theatre. Please join us; tell your friends.

ABOUT THE PLAY: A married business tycoon visits his kooky mistress in an office-paid-for apartment every Wednesday. Complications ensue when an out-of-town manufacturer and the tycoon's wife mistakenly get sent to the apartment.

Sandy Dennis won a Tony Award for her performance in this 1964 comedy.
